monday: arrived at the offices at ten to meet Karen and Christine... spent the morning finding out about giant and reading the child protection stuff. pm, was researching funding organisations for the new musician in residence project. also phoning re alarm systems etc.
tuesday: 9am at giant. met Maria, visual arts director. went to tramway with her to meet ruchill primary and cdu at their exhibition. saw hidden gardens too. pm, research about marbling for wed am workshop, creating samples.
wednesday: couldn't go to irvine for the morning workshop, so met christine at 9am to get props to create an image for the grubs up tour in october. created various images. afternoon off to go to a funeral.
thursday: CCA 10.30 for a movement in early years workshop with jasmine pasch and indepen dance. spent the day playing games and learning how movement in children helps their development.
friday: 9am giant. 10am tramway to invigilate. 4pm take down exhibit.
so that was week one.
